Gemma spent her career working in senior level Executive Search and on the ground in the technology industry serving the management consulting and search communities.
In 2019 Gemma joined Horton International as Project Manager for Board Affairs & Business Operations where she oversees global programmes, special projects and business development.
With experience living and working in a range of geographies, including the US, UK, East Africa and the Caribbean (also having a German/South African husband and dual British/American nationality herself!) Gemma has a broad international background and has worked with clients across a range of industries and loves working with a truly global business.
