Alessandra began her career with Ernst & Young in Rome and then joined SHL, a leading multinational company involved in the development and evaluation of human resources, where she handled selection and assessment projects. Then she joined Cosm Consulting, part of Elan International Group.
At Horton International’s Rome office, Alessandra handles selections and assessment projects in several business areas.
