Allan Peter Vangskov

Allan has held positions in industries such as Consumer, IT and Industrial business and joined the executive search business in 2013. His search career started as a researcher and later consultant in a global executive search consultancy after which he headed a Nordic search consultancy firm as Managing Director. He then became Partner in Horton International and later in 2020 as one of the major shareholders and now runs the Danish office in Copenhagen where he acts as a senior trusted advisor for his clients.

His client portfolio ranges from international corporations to danish middle-market companies, PE/VC funds and owner-managed businesses. This has led Allan to successfully complete hundreds of search assignments to uncover and evaluate the “hard to find” candidates in Denmark and act as “one point of contact” for Danish companies expanding their business globally.

As a result of an intensive career as an executive search consultant, Allan has a vast and trustful network of peers, experts and business researchers who cover many industries in Denmark, as well as in the global market.

• Master’s degree studies in Organizational Psychology, Department of People and Technology, Roskilde University and master’s degree studies in Business Administration and HR Management, University of Southern Denmark
