Annemarieke van Duijnen Montijn is managing national and international search assignments at Horton International since 2007. Her role involves the development of the search strategy, including constructing company target lists, researching and defining specific candidate profiles through internal firm network, external resources and market outreach.
Her core research activities focus on Industrial Manufacturing & Engineering, Business Services (legal, finance, consultancy) and Digital Transformation & IT Technology, Finance, and Energy & Renewebles
She started her career as a research consultant in 1998. Annemarieke holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
