Bjørn Ågotnes (Bjorn Agotnes)

Bjørn is a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board at Horton International in Norway. Bjørn was a founder of the Norwegian branch of Horton International in 2000. He is engaged in executive search and recruitment of top management and board members for international companies in Norway and Norwegian companies in Europe. His clients include international corporations, PE-funds and major, locally owned companies with strong brands. His experience includes leading positions in Nordic Choice Hotels and LOOC (the organizing committee for the Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer in 1994). In addition, he has been the manager and chief press officer for the Norwegian national alpine ski team. Before starting up Horton International in Norway he held a Partner role in an internationally oriented media company which he started up and sold out.
