Daniel specializes in financial services executive search with a focus on asset and wealth management. Prior to joining Horton International, Daniel spent close to twelve years with Executive Access specializing in the coverage of asset management. During his time at his previous firm, he successfully completed a large number of mid to senior level placements across distribution, marketing, product, investment management as well as C-suite positions for international asset management companies
Daniel began his career as a Management Trainee with HSBC Group in Hong Kong before taking on various managerial positions in the Personal Financial Services division in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Having a true partnership with clients and an in-depth understanding of their businesses and leadership needs is central to helping them not only to recruit the high quality talent, but also to retain and develop that talent for the long term.
