After graduating in Political Science and International Relations, Elvira started her professional career in GSO company, a consulting firm operating in Human Resources. She first dealt with commercial and delivery activities and then, after joining Elan Executive Search (part of GSO company), she focused more on search and selection. In 2021 she joined Ward Howell Italy as Senior Executive Researcher where she was mainly in charge of recruiting processes in different fields of business. In April 2023 she joined Horton International as Senior Researcher focusing on several business areas.
