Erik Vian

Erik Vian is a Partner and leads our Vietnam office. Prior to joining Horton International, Erik ran a leading boutique executive search firm and has also served as Managing Partner for a global executive search provider.

Throughout his search career, Erik and his team of search professionals successfully executed search assignments for some of the world’s top multi-nationals and local conglomerates operating in Vietnam. His clients also include PE Funds and other investment entities.

Before discovering his passion for executive search, Erik was the Head of Retail Banking for HSBC (Vietnam). He has also held leadership positions at two international architectural, engineering and interior design firms and an e-commerce startup.

Prior to Vietnam, Erik spent most of his professional career in the U.S. with Wells Fargo Bank.

His professional experience in Vietnam spans over 18 years.

• Erik graduated from University of California at Irvine with a has a B.A. Degree in Criminology, Law & Society.
