One of the biggest references in the sector, Fábio provides recruitment and assessment of senior executives and partners in professional services. He also works with leadership development, analysis of effectiveness of high-performance teams, and Board of Directors formation.

Fábio was previously the Managing Partner of Salomon Azzi Recrutamento Jurídico, where he led the practice of Legal top management executive search for major national and multinational companies, and law firms ranked among the most admired in Latin America. Fábio was also previously responsible for the Legal Executive Search Division at Michael Page International in São Paulo. Fábio also has a career as a lawyer at Tozzini Freire Advogados, one of the largest law firms in the country.
Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Fábio also has a postgraduate degree in Marketing Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado / FAAP, a master degree in Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo / PUC-SP and is a specialist in People Analytics from Wharton Business School.
Fábio is passionate about music and sports, especially basketball and tennis, both of which he actively plays. His family is his greatest pride.
