Federico graduatesd in Social Science and Organization in 2017 and takes his Master’s Degree in Work and Industrial Management in 2020 at Cattolica University. After an internship in IWBank, he has been working from 2020 to 2022 in various companies (Accenture, Festo, Fresenius Medical Care, Miriade and, Friisberg & Partners International), in a variety of roles: Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Intern, Training Support and Researcher. These experiences allowed him the to see different contexts and different HR techniques. In 2022 he joined Horton International Italy as Recruiting Reseacher.
