After graduating in Philosophy, Florianne began her career in the Customer Service of a multinational company and later worked as a Marketing Assistant in a Wellness Company. In 2005 she joined the group In Job Italy, developing services of search&selection and business development. After two years she joined the group Elan International Executive Search where she deals with Fashion Practice.
In 2009 he became Senior Consultant of Horton International extending her experience in Industry, Design & Furniture, FMCG and Oil & Gas Practices.
