Isabelle Istria

Isabelle joined Horton International in 2003, where she currently leads the Construction, Utilities, and Industrial Services Practice in Paris. Her responsibilities include conducting strategic searches for senior level executives both domestically and internationally, for various clients. Isabelle has completed numerous assignments for large international groups in the Environmental and Industrial Services sectors, such as water and waste management, civil engineering, building construction, nuclear, in the maritime sector, and staffing various functional or operational positions.

Prior to joining Horton International, Isabelle had a long background in Human Resources. She began her career as an HR consultant with KPMG, followed by a role as a recruiting and training manager with Accenture. Later on, she established her own executive search company, specializing in IT, Insurance, and Industrial Services.
