Jan joined Horton International as partner in Denmark in 2021. He brings more than 15 years of experience in Executive Search with him to the Copenhagen office.
During his professional career in Executive Search, he has operated as Managing Partner and a trusted adviser, securing many clients the best candidates in both management and specialist positions in a broad range of industries.
Jan has conducted searches in Multinational companies as well as SMEs across various sectors and has an international background and professional experience from previous employments in Denmark and Internationally as Partner, Managing Director, Export Manager. His specialty is in General Management, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
Education
Jan holds a degree from the Danish School of Exports.
