Jens Christian is Partner of Horton International in Denmark. He joined the executive search business in 1994, with responsibility for opening the office in Kolding, Jutland. At that time he was an executive search consultant at Bronee and Partners, a search company that was founded in 1983. In 1999 he had an active role when the company joined Horton International.
Over the years Jens Christian has conducted a great number of assignments, both national and international at C-level positions and various board positions. A constant developing interest in combining professional and personal skills makes Jens Christian a trustworthy advisor.
Prior to joining Horton International, he had experience in sales and communication as a consultant. Jens Christian has worked for multinational textile companies and major Danish manufacturers. He served the Danish military at the NATO Headquarters in Bruxelles.
