Mario T. Mananghaya

Mario is a Certified Public Accountant with post graduate studies from international universities best known for developing senior business executives, Harvard Business School and the Asian Institute of Management. He had a successful career in the accounting profession and became a Philippine partner of three of the world’s largest accounting firms, namely the former Arthur Andersen & Co (SGV & Co.), former Coopers & Lybrand, and KPMG.

After his retirement from SGV & Co. as Head of the Audit Practice, he became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a company that pioneered in mobile telecommunications in the Philippines. His latest major role in accountancy was being Chairman and Managing Partner of KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co. for several years until his retirement in 2007. At present, Mario is Chairman of KSearch and several other companies engaged in varied businesses. He is also a business advisor to various organizations in varied businesses.
