Palle is Managing Partner of Horton international in Denmark and joined the group in 2011. He has successfully led several searches within the Consumer Goods, Retail and Industrial sectors. He is a member of Horton International’s global Consumer & Retail Practice Group.
He is experienced in a range of senior-level functions in management, sales and marketing, finance, supply chain and HR both nationally as well as internationally within large corporations, PE companies and private owned businesses. He has proved to master excellence in matching different corporate cultures with candidate’s professional skills, experience and personality.
Prior to joining Horton International, Palle had two decades of solid business experience from Consumer Goods (Orkla and Essity) but also Retail & Wholesale companies (Orkla Ingredients) where he held different commercial and general management positions. He has worked in senior positions for subsidiaries in Sweden and Czech Republic.
His business background and extensive network of contacts and best talents makes him an insider and trusted adviser in executive search. His expertise also includes review of board composition and board searches.
