Rodrigo is a consultant specialized in the recruitment of Executives and Leaders in the financial & fiscal/tax areas of his business partners. As one of the founding partners of Horton International Brazil, Rodrigo is responsible for leading the company’s Finance & Tax division and for playing an important role in the strategy of companies of different sizes and sectors, as agribusiness, consumer goods, energy, pharmaceutical, chemical and retail.

Prior to founding Horton International Brazil, Rodrigo co-founded Hound Specialized Recruitment. Previously, he was manager of the Finance & Tax division at Michael Page International and Tax Consultant at Deloitte in São Paulo.
Rodrigo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie and adheres to the Lifelong Learning concept, that is, he is in constant, voluntary and self-motivated search for updating his professional and personal knowledge.
A lover of matters related to evolution as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, education and sports – he follows football championships around the world.
