Sergio is a Partner of Horton International Southern Cone in Chile, having joined the company since 2011. His executive search experience has focused on a wide variety of senior-level and board members assignments on Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail and SOE’s sectors. He also works with leadership and processes development of boards and boards of directors’ formation.
Before joining Horton international, Sergio had extensive experience working in publicly listed companies as CFO, CHRM, CMO and CEO in three different companies.
